WBA and WBO super bantamweight champion Guillermo Rigondeaux (12-0) will defend his titles against Joseph Agbeko (29-4) on December 7 in Atlantic City.

Rigondeaux put on a boxing master class for all 12 rounds of his last outing, when he claimed a dominant unanimous decision victory over Nonito Donaire in April to add the WBO strap to his WBA title.

The challenger comes forward and is likely to bring the fight to the two-time Olympic gold medalist from Cuba.

Agbeko, Ghana-born resident of Bronx, New York, has engaged in some thrilling fights with Abner Mares, Yonnhy Perez and Vic Darchinyan.
